Eastern Forest Rangers College, Directorate of Forest Education under the Ministry of Environment and Forests, Govt of India is inviting applications from eligible candidates for filling up the post of Accountant.

The scale of pay for the post is Rs.5500-175-9000/- & now according to the 6^th CPC in PB-2 of Rs.9300-34800/- plus Rs.4200/- as Grade Pay.

Eligibility: The candidates must be officers of the Central Govt

(i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department. Or,

(ii) With regular service of 5 years in the grade in the PB of Rs.4500-125-7000/- (pre-revised pay scale of Rs.1400-2300/-) & now according to 6^th CPC in PB-1 of Rs.5200-20200/- plus Rs.2800/- as GP/equal. Or,

(iii) With regular service of 10 years in the grade in the PB of Rs.4500-125-7000/- (pre-revised pay scale of Rs.1400-2300/-) & now according to 6^th CPC in PB-1 of Rs.5200-20200/- plus Rs.2800/- (GP). &

(iv) Rs.4000-100-6000/-(pre-revised pay scale of Rs.1200-2040/-) & now according to 6^th CPC in PB-1 of Rs.5200-20200/- plus Rs.2400/- (GP)/equal. Or,

(v) With regular service of 10 years in the grade in the PB of Rs.4000-100-6000/- (pre-revised pay scale of Rs.1200-2040/-) & now according to 6^th CPC in PB-1 of Rs.5200-20200/- plus Rs.2400/- (GP)/equal.

OR,

(i) Subordinate Accounts Services/Subordinate Accounts Services Accountant passed clerks under any reputed Accounts Department Centrally Organised.

Deputation period is 3 years.

Maximum age limit is 56 years.
