Additional Director (Prosecution), Directorate of Enforcement, New Delhi



The Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue has invited applications from the eligible officers to fill up one vacant post of Additional Director (Prosecution) in the Directorate of Enforcement, New Delhi. The position will be on deputation basis and the Pay Scale for the post will be Rs.14,300-18,300 (pre-revised).

To apply for the post the candidates must possess a Degree in Law from a recognized University or equivalent and 12 years experience relating to fiscal/criminal laws. Officers under Central/State Government/UTs holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre with 5 years service in the Pay Band 12,000-16,500 or equivalent in the parent cadre also may apply for the post.

The pay and allowances and other terms and conditions will be regulated in accordance with the Department of Personnel & Training OM No. 2/29/91 Estt. (Pay II) dated 5-1-94, as amended from time to time. The period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same organization or department shall ordinarily not exceed 4 years.

The Cadre Controlling Authorities may forward the applications of the willing candidates along with two copies of resume, Vigilance clearances, Integrity certificates, Statements of major/minor penalties and duly attested copies of up-to-date CR dossiers for the last 5 years to the Under Secretary, Room No. 55, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, North Block, New Delhi-110001 before 24.02.2010. While forwarding the applications the Authority must check that the particulars furnished by the applicant are correct.
