Administrative Officer, Soil & Land Use Survey of India



The Soil and Land Use Survey of India has invited applications to fill in one post of Administrative Officer. The post of the Administrative Officer is included under Group-B. The pay band applicable for the post will be 9300—34800+4600 Rs.

The post of the Administrative Officer will be under the General Central Service. It will be a gazetted post. The Soil and Land Use Survey of India is a subordinate office functioning under the Department of Agriculture and Cooperation.

The Soil and Land Use Survey of India has notified that the post of the Administrative Officer will be filled up by deputation. Deputation will be made from existing officers of the Central Government Service. The following eligibility criteria will be followed while going for the deputation:

  • The applicant must hold a similar post on a regular basis as of now.
  • As an alternative of the above point 8 years of experience in an assistant post will also be considered.
  • The candidate must have enough experiences in the areas of Accounts work, Establishment and Administration.

The entire period of deputation must not exceed three years of service. As of now the Headquarters of the Administrative Officer is situated at I.A.R.I buildings, Pusa, New Delhi-12. After the selection of a candidate he or she won’t be allowed to withdraw or cancel the candidature.
