Job profile:

Bank Clerk will be responsible for preparing bank deposits on a daily basis,  periodic reports, maintaining statistical data and, preparing vouchers etc. Entries in journals, ledgers and cash books will have to be maintained by Bank Clerk.

Eligibility:

The applicant must be a citizen of India. If he is a person of Indian origin and migrated to some other country and wants to apply for the post, he has to submit an eligibility criteria certificate issued by Government of India. Same goes for a person who is a subject of Nepal, Bhutan or a Tibetan refugee who came to India before 01.01.1962. The candidate has to be above 20 years of age and below 25 years of age.

Educational Qualifications:

Any person who has graduated in any discipline with 50% marks or equivalent qualification can apply for the position of Bank Clerk. However, for applicants falling in SC/ST/PC/EXSM category, there is no percentage limit.

The person should have a sound knowledge of MS Office.

Pay Scale:

The Pay Scale ranges from 4410-215/3-5055-335/3-6060-470/4-7940-500/3-9440-560/4-11680-970/1-12650-560/1-13210. The HRA, CCA, DA will be given as per bank rules.

Selection procedure:

A written examination which will be held on 20.09.2009 followed by an interview will decide the candidate selection.
