BIT 2010 MCA



The Master of Computer Applications or MCA course under the Birla Institute of Technology is available at various BIT campuses. This MCA programme is of three years of duration comprising six semesters. The places offering the Master of Computer Applications course under the BIT banner are Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra and the extension centres of the Birla Institute of Technology located at Kolkata, Allahabad, Lalpur, Jaipur and Noida.

Birla Institute of Technology is a deemed University under the section 3 of the University Grants Commission under the Government of India. The Mesra centre is situated in the state of Jharkhand and in the Ranchi region of the state. An online entrance test will be conducted by the concerned authorities to enrol students to the MCA course for all the centres listed above having the facilities to provide the course to the desirous candidates.

The various important points concerning the eligibility criteria of the applicants have been mentioned below:

  1. The candidates must have completed their Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized institution and University within the boundary of India. Moreover the 10+2 level studies must have been completed from valid educational institutions.
  2. As an applicant you must be a BCA or a B.Sc. or B.A. with Mathematics or Statistics at graduate level or a B.Sc. in Computer Science or Information Technology or Electronics.
  3. Final year appearing students of the qualifying examinations can also apply for the entrance examination.

    by mistake in the choice of study centre i filled only 2 option mesra and noida.
