BITSAT 2010 Pattern, Application Procedure & More Information



Birla Institute of Technology and Science Aptitude Test is organized to provide the students opportunity to get enrolled in courses like Technology, Sciences, Engineering, Management, Humanities and Pharmacy. BITSAT was the first aptitude test conducted online.

Salient features of BITSAT 2010:

· The candidate sitting in front of computers answers to the questions presented on the monitor.

· The computer is linked to the server which provides the test.

· These online tests are taken at various centers in India during May-June of every year.

· Candidates are free to choose the center and date of test as per their preference.

· Total 150 questions have to be attempted by candidate and are divided in four parts – Physics, Chemistry, English Proficiency and Logical Reasoning and Mathematics.

· Time duration of complete test is 3 hours.

· Paper pattern is objective type and negative marking for wrong answers is there.

· Different candidates will get different question sets but is of same difficulty level.

· BITS, Pilani.

Availability of Application Form:

1. The candidates can get application form online on website www.bitsadmission.com/BITSAT/ . Candidates have to send the completely filled form along with DD to Admission Officer, BITS, Pilani.

2. The candidates can also get application form through posts by sending DD, in favour of ‘Birla Institute of Technology and Science’ payable at State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur, Pilani or State Bank of India, Goa; along with the request for application form.
