Job profile:

The call center executives will be responsible for handling all the general customer queries and complaints. They should be able to project a professional organization image through their interaction and attain customer satisfaction. They should be able to recommend process improvement techniques.

Eligibility:

The person applying for the post of Cal Center Executive must be above 18 years of age and below 65 years of age. The candidates with relevant post qualification work experience will be given priority. The candidate must possess outstanding communication and convincing skills.

Educational Qualifications:

Any person who has passed 10 + 2 is eligible for applying for the Call center Executive post.

Pay Scale:

The salary range for the suitable candidate will lie between Rs.8,000/- to Rs.14,000/-. Incentives and appraisals will be given to candidates based on their performance. There is a food and beverage provision for all the candidates. Pick and drop facility will also be provided.
