There are some vacancies in the National Dairy Research Institute (I.C.A.R.), Karnal (Haryana). The Director of the institute has invited applications from the eligible candidates for filling up these positions. The posts are temporarily on contract basis. The age limit for both the posts is 18 to 27 years and the probation period is 2 years. The details of the posts are:

¨ Two posts (SC-1, UR-1) of Lower Division Clerk in the PB-1 of Rs.5200-20200 + 1900 Grade Pay.

¨ One post (OBC) of Stenographer Grade-III in the PB-1 of Rs.5200-20200 + 2400 Grade Pay.

The essential educational qualification required for both the posts is Matriculation or its equivalent. To apply for the post Lower Division Clerk the candidates must have proficiency in typewriting at a minimum speed of 30/25 w.p.m. in English/Hindi. Moreover the candidates having knowledge of Computer and Certificate in Office Automation will be preferred more. The candidates applying for the post Stenographer Grade III should be an expert in shorthand at 80 w.p.m. in English/Hindi for 10 minutes.

The appointment is under ICAR and will be governed by New Pension Scheme introduced by Govt. of India as amended from time to time. The candidates should submit their applications along with attested copies of all relevant authentic certificates, marksheets and latest passport size photos with an Examination Fee of 100 rupees to the Sr.Admn.Officer-I, E-III(M)Section, National Dairy Research Institute (ICAR), Karnal-132 001.
