Common Premedical Entrance Examination 2009



Common Premedical Entrance Examination (CPMEE) is conducted by the Government of India for the candidates who aspire to take admission in various courses like MBBS, BDS, BAMS, and BHMS. The Uttaranchal Council of Entrance examination, association formed by the private unaided Medical, Dental, Ayurvedic and Homeopathic colleges of Uttarakhand would be conducting the Common Pre Medical Entrance Examination.

Institutes providing admission on the basis of CPMEE:

  • SGRR Institute of Medical and Health Sciences, Dehradun (MBBS) 100 seats
  • Seema Dental College and Hospital , Rishikesh (BDS) 100 seats
  • Sri Narayan Swami Hospital and Dental College, Dehradun (MBBS, BDS) 100seats, 50 seats resp.
  • Uttaranchal Dental and Medical Research Institute, Dehradun (BDS) 50 seats
  • Uttaranchal Ayurvedic College, Dehradun (BAMS) 50 seats
  • Himalayiya Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital Rishikesh (BAMS) 50 seats
  • Chandola Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Rudrapur (BHMS) 50 seats

Eligibility criteria:

  • The age of the candidate must be greater than 17 years.
  • The candidate must have cleared their 10+2 from any of the recognized boards.
  • The candidate must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks as aggregate in PCM.
  • The candidate in the 10+2 and have appeared for their exams in 2009 are also eligible to apply.

Important Dates:

  • Sale of Application forms : 3 March, 2009
  • Last date for the submission of completely filled Application forms : 4 May, 2009
  • Commencement of entrance test : 23 May, 2009

    Sir,
    I have applied for Common Pre-Medical Entrance Examination, Uttarakhand-2009. My application form no. is- 10445. I have applied for the entrance exam-2009 and send completed application form before 5th May, 2009. The examination is on 23rd May, 2009 but still today I have not received my admit card.
    So kindly issue me a duplicate admit card if it has already been dispatched.
