CS 2009



The Institute of Company Secretaries of India provides company secretaries to the nation. The institute is the pursuit of professional excellence and is approved by Government of India. The institute provides education through 24X7 study course and also by E-Learning along with CS correspondence / Distance Learning with provision of oral coaching classes for the students.

  • Pre Membership Training (16 months)
  • Professional Programme (8 papers)
  • Executive Programme (6 papers)
  • Foundation Programme (4 papers

Eligibility Criteria:

  • The candidate must have cleared their 10+2 from any of the recognized board.
  • The candidate should be a student of any discipline in Arts, Commerce and Science (excluding Fine Arts).
  • The candidates currently in their 10+2 and would be giving their final examinations in March, 2009 are also eligible to apply.

Important Dates:

  • Admission is open throughout the year.
  • The last date for appearing in December 2009 examination: March 31, 2009.
