i will turn 17 on 5th january 2010, bt i want to appear for DCE COMMON ENTRANCE TEST 2009 and the eligibility criteria as specified is like the person appearing for DCE CET 2009 should be 17 years old before or on 1st october of the same year. So due to these three months gap, am i not eligible for DCE CET 2009?
