Deputy Director (Audit), Employees’ Provident Fund Organization



Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India has invited applications from the eligible candidates to fill up some posts of Deputy Director (Audit) in various offices of the Employees’ Provident Fund Organization. The name of the post is Deputy Director (Audit) and the number of posts is 15. The Pay Scale for the post is Rs.10000-325-15200 (pre revised) and Rs.15600-39100 in the Pay Band 3 with Grade Pay of Rs.6600 in the revised scale. The places of posting will be Delhi, Faridabad, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Kanpur, Patna, Kolkata, Indore, Mumbai, Nagpur, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore.

The educational qualification to apply for the post is Graduation preferably B.Com with computer knowledge. The applicant should pass the SAS examination conducted by the IA & the AD or other Central/State Government Organizations, Accounts/Audit Department. The candidate must hold an analogous post on regular basis for at least 5-8 years. The candidates should possess experience of dealing with Audit and Accounts and Financial matters. The age limit for the post is 56 years.

The job of Deputy Director (Audit) involves touring and on transfer basis. The deputation will be governed by as per the instructions issued by the Department of Personnel & Training as applicable to Central Government Departments/Organizations. The tenure of deputation will be initially for a period of 3 years.
