Deputy Director (Financial Management), Department of Personnel & Training



Applications are invited for the post of Deputy Director (Financial Management) in the Department of Personnel & Training under the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, Govt of India.

The scale of pay in PB -3 of Rs.15600-39100/-+Rs.6600/- (GP). The number of post is 1.

Eligibility (Deputation):

The candidates must be Officers of Central Govt:

a) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/Dept or,

b) With regular service of 5 years in PB-2 of Rs.8000-13500/-+ Rs.5400/-as GP (pre-revised) or equal

Essentials:

a) Graduate under any reputed University or equal

b) Experience of 5 years in Financial & Administrative rules with management of finance in Central Govt.

Desirable:

a) Skill in teaching training of 1 year in a reputed University/College/Training institutes in one of the subjects given below:

(i) Organisational Behaviour (ii) Management Information Systems (iii) Behavioural Science (iv) Information Technology (v) Performance Budgeting

b) With Master’s Degree under a reputed University/equal

Failing which-

a) Officers of Central Govt with regular service of 8 years in the PB of Rs.6500-10500/- + Rs.4200/- as GP (pre-revised) or equal.

Essentials & desirables are same as above.

Deputation period is 5 years.

Maximum age limit is 56 years.
