The National Water Development Agency (NWDA) is inviting applications to fill up the post of Deputy Director (Admn.).

The number of post is 1 and the pay scale is Rs. 10000-325-15200/-.

Applications are invited by promotion/deputation (including short-term contract) from officers under Central/State Governments/Public sector undertakings, Statutory/Autonomous Organizations holding analogous post on regular basis. Or they must have an experience of 5 years regular service on regular basis in the pay scale of Rs. 8000-13500/- or equivalent in the parent cadre/department or they must have a regular service of 8 years in the pay scale of Rs. 6500-10500/- or equivalent in the parent cadre/department in the grade.

They must possess degree from a recognized University or equivalent and knowledge and application of Central Government rules and regulations.

The age limit for the appointment is maximum 56 years.

Appointment on deputation will be on Foreign Service terms for a period of 3 years. The selected officer will not be eligible, in any case, for General Pool Accommodation. The appointment of Deputy Director (Admn.) in NWDA on Foreign Service doesn’t ensure the condition of permanent absorption.
