Job profile:

The applicant will be responsible for offering policy servicing and procurement of new business. He will be allotted specific area and might be required to be on tours. The candidate will be on contract basis for three years under jurisdiction of South Central Zonal Office.

Eligibility:

The applicant must not be less than 21 years of age and must not be more than 35 years of age.

Educational Qualifications:

The candidate applying for the post of DSE must hold a Bachelor degree from an Indian University. However, a degree or diploma in Marketing is desirable.

No. of posts:

There are 75 posts for Direct Sales Executives.

Pay Scale:

The DSE will be given Rs.10,000/- per month on achieving his business target. Other than that he will be entitled to performance based incentives.

Selection procedure:

The candidate will have to clear the written test based on numerical ability, reasoning and general knowledge. On clearing the examination he will have to appear for an interview and then a medical examination which will decide his selection for the post of Direct Sales Executive.

Completely filled application form must be submitted at the Zonal office along with a demand draft of Rs.100/- in favor of LIC. Attested copy of all the required certificates must accompany the application form.
