Work Environment:

Everyone loves to be heard through TV or radio. Working in a TV or radio station is besides being pleasant; is comfortable too owing to the advanced technologies and facilities. The technical equipments used in TV or radio station should be well maintained and they should be in controlled temperature and dust free. Therefore the work environment would be in a closed space.

The program directors in TV and radio have to work for fixed hours and they work till late hours into the night. Their work involves lot of pressure as they have to keep accurate timings, meet, commission performers, meet sponsors and ensure the working of other staffs in the office.

Even reporters and Correspondents work under pressure. Irregular timings and overtimes are common occurrences. Their work also involves travel and long duration of waiting.
