Applications are invited from eligible candidates for filling up the post of Eviction Inspector in Directorate of Estates (Group ‘C’, Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial) under the Ministry of Urban Development, Govt of India on deputation basis.

The scale of pay for the post is Rs.5200-20200/- in PB-1 with Rs.2800/- as GP (Rs.4500-125-7000/- pre-revised pay). The number of post is 2.

Eligibility conditions for the mentioned post are given below:

The candidates must be Officers of the Central/State Governments:

(i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department

(ii) With regular service of 5 years in the post as UDCs of CSCS Cadre.

Educational qualifications & experiences are as follows:

(i)The candidates must have passed Graduation from any of the reputed University or equal.

(ii) With experience of 2 to 3years in handling works such as litigation or allotment in the matters of estate.

The maximum age limit requisite for the above mentioned post shall not be exceeding fifty-six years.

The tenure of deputation shall ordinarily not exceed 3 years.
