Applications have been invited from eligible candidates to appoint as Executive Trainees (civil/electrical/signal and telecom/architect) for Delhi and other metros. Here it should be mentioned that Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) is a Joint Venture company with equity participation from Govt. of National Capital Territory of Delhi and Govt. of India. The corporation has been entrusted with the responsibility of implementation of the rail based Mass Rapid transit System for Delhi. In order to apply for the posts the aspirants must have acquired their BTech, B.E. or B.Arch degrees from AICTE approved institutions or Universities. In case of the candidates having the Engineering degrees must have got 70% in their final exams in respective disciplines and the Architecture graduated must have achieved 60% in their final exams. For Delhi Metro Rail Corporation a sum total of 18 Executive Trainees will be chosen. Likewise, for the Chennai Metro Rail Ltd 4 Executive Trainees will be chosen. Another 3 Executive Trainees will be chosen for the Kolkata Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. The age criteria which will be followed to select the trainees have been mentioned below.

Not less than 21 years and not more than 28 years as on 01/01/10 (i.e. not born earlier than 02.01.1982 and later than 31/12/1988), with 03 years relaxation for OBC and 5 years relaxation for SC/ST, for reserved posts.
