FMGE 2010 Screening Test



The FMGE is the Screening Test which is organized for Indian Nationals with Foreign Medical Qualifications for admission into medical colleges. Approved by the Government of India and Medical Council of India the examination is conducted with the help of National Board of Examination for admission in various medical courses.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidates must be Indian
  • Candidates should have undergone their education from a recognized University.
  • Candidates should have secured an aggregate of minimum 55% marks in the examinations.
  • Candidates should possess certificate from medical council of India.

Important Dates:

The next session of the FMGE shall be conducted: 26th September, 2010 at New Delhi.

Examination Details:

  • The questions in the examination will be of Multiple Choice Type.
  • The examination will be of total 300 questions.
  • There will be two sections; each section will be of 150 questions.
  • There will be no negative marking in the checking system of the exam.

    i m a student of final year mbbs in china, is this true that if we pass our mci exam on the basis of provisional degree without doing internship in china we can directly do internship in india, if we pass our mci exam ?
