General Manager (Transport Economist), national Highways Authority of India



Applications are invited for filling up the post of General Manager (Transport Economist) in NHAI under the Central/State Govt/Union Territories/Universities/Recognised Research Institutions affiliated to Govt of India/Public Sector Undertakings/Semi-Govt/Statutory/Autonomous Organisations/other Govt Bodies, Ministry of Road Transport & Highways on deputation or direct recruitment or contract basis.

The PB is Rs.37400-67000/-(PB-4) plus GP of Rs.8700/- with Central DA[Rs.14300-400-18300/-(pre-revised)].The number of post is 1. The deputation tenure is 5 years.

Eligibility:

(a) Post Graduate in Economics under recognised University with regular service of 12 years out of which an experience of 8 years in financial appraisal or economic study of projects in Transport segment specially road segment.

Direct recruitment/ Deputation/Contract:

Officers under the Central/State Govt/Union Territories/Universities/Recognised Research Institutions/ Public Sector Undertakings/Semi-Govt/Statutory/Autonomous Organisations/other Govt Bodies holding analogous posts regularly in the PB of Rs.37400-67000/-(PB-4)+ GP of Rs.8700/-(in the pattern of CDA) or, with regular service of 3 years in the PB of Rs.15600-39100/-(PB-3)+ GP of Rs.7600/-( in the pattern of CDA) along with the above mentioned qualifications.
