The Bureau of Indian Standards is inviting applications from eligible candidates for filling up the post of Helper.

The total number of vacancies for the post is 21 out of which 1 is for SC, 9 is for OBC and 11is Unreserved and 1 for PH (OH) and 2 for Ex-servicemen.

The Pay Band + Grade Pay is PB-1/ Rs.5200-20200+ Rs.1800 (GP). And the age limit for the post is 18-27 years. Relaxation in age will be for SC/ST/OBC/PH/Ex-servicemen as per Govt. of India rules.

The eligibility for the post is that candidates shall have passed Xth Standard (Matriculate) and shall be able to read and write Hindi/English/Regional language.

Candidates who are ready to work anywhere in India should only apply because selected candidates are liable to work anywhere in India.

As per Central Government Rules, candidates who are recruited shall be entitled for Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Transport Allowance, Leave, Medical benefits, etc.
