IICA 2010 New Delhi
The institute of Culinary Arts is a newly established institution which creates the opportunity for students to work abroad (UK or Canada) as chef. The institute is UK approved and is also a member of the ICF. The institute offers a Degree and Diploma courses to the students.
The IICA is a part of the Datta Hospitality Management support Services (DHMSS), which was founded by the leading Hotelier Virender S. Datta. It is located at Hauz Khas, South Delhi. The IICA is built in international standards and it is accredited by many Global partners.
The IICA has tie-ups with college Llandrillo, Wales, UK and Humber College, Toronto, Canada. The IICA aspires to provide means to professional Chefs access internationally accepted qualifications in the Hotel and Catering industry. The infrastructure is on par with any reputed catering institute in Europe. It gives ample opportunities to the students to hone up their skills for their future careers.
The IICA offers Degree in Culinary Arts and Advance Diploma in Bakery and Confectionary. It also offers short term Hobby Chef Courses. For entry into Diploma courses, the candidate should have passed the 12th standard from a recognized board and for the Advanced Diploma courses, a graduation from a recognized university is essential.
