Indian Air force 2009



Indian Air Force invites applications from all the candidates who are interested to take part in the recruitment process of the force. The applications are invited from Engineers, Graduates and Post Graduates and for the Fast Track Selection (FTS) Process. The department is approved by Government of India and provides excellent pay scale to its employees.


Recruitment offered by the IAF:

  • IAF conducts the FTS for flying (Pilot) (SSC) and Metrological branches (PC/SSC).
  • Institute also provides the training process to the selected candidates.

Eligibility Criteria:

For Flying (Pilot):

  • The age of the candidate must not be greater than 23 years.
  • The candidate must have studied Mathematics and Physics in 10+2 level.
  • The candidate must have obtained their Bachelor?s degree from any of the recognized universities.
  • The candidate must have achieved a minimum of 60% marks as aggregate in the degree examinations.

For Metrological Branch:

  • The age of the candidate must not be greater than 25 years.
  • The candidate must have studied Mathematics and Physics in 10+2 level.
  • The candidate must have done Post Graduation in Science / Geography / MCA from any of the recognized universities.
  • The candidate must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks as aggregate in the qualifying examinations.

Important Dates:

For registration in Delhi and Noida:

  • Date of Registration: March 15, 2009.
  • Time: 8 AM to 11 AM

For Registration in Chandigarh:

  • Date of Registration: March 22, 2009.
  • Time: 8 AM to 11 AM
