Applications are invited from eligible candidates for filling up the post of Joint Director (Peripatetic Training) in the Department of Personnel & Training under the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, Govt. of India.

The scale of pay for the post is Rs.15600-39100/-(pre-revised pay of Rs.12000-375-16500/-) with Rs.7600/- as Grade Pay. The number of post is 1.

Eligibility (Deputation): The candidates must be Officers of Central Govt:

a) Holding analogous posts on regular basis or,

b) With regular service of 5 years in the PB of Rs.10000-15200/- or equal

Educational Qualifications & Experiences:

a) Graduate under any reputed University or equal

b) Should have the experience of 3 years in Financial & Administrative rules.

c) Should have undergone teaching training under a reputed Institute/equal

Desirable:

a) Skill in teaching training organising programmes

b) Master’s Degree/Diploma in Management Services/Administration/Decision Making/Elementary/Management Information System/Behavioural Sciences/Performance Budgeting/Statistics.

Ex-servicemen: Armed Forces Personnel who are likely to be retired/transferred in 1 year possessing the above qualifications & experiences are eligible.

Deputation period is 5 years.

Maximum age limit is 56 years.
