Joint Director, Ministry of Personnel, Department of Personnel and Training



The Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Personnel and Training (Government of India) is inviting application to fill up the post of Joint Director (Financial Management).

The number of post is 1and the scale of pay is Rs.15600-39100/- (Pre-revised:12000-375-16500) + Grade Pay of Rs.7600/-.

The period of deputation will not exceed 5 years.

Eligibility: Candidates must be officers under the Central Government including the Defence Services

a.) Holding analogous posts; or

b.) With 3 years service in the posts in the scale of pay Rs.10000-15200 (pre-revised) or equivalent.

Essential qualifications and experiences:

a.) Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.

b.) Technical knowledge and knowledge of method in the area of Financial Management.

Desirable:

a.) Masters’ Degree from a recognized University or equivalent;

b.) Formal training in teaching/training methods or in organizing and management of training programmes.

c.) Experience of teaching/organizing training programmes.

The maximum age limit is 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
