My medical rank is 2119.will i get a seat in GM quota in any college of karnataka.plz help me.Iam in confusion about taking seat this year or not

I got 77% in pcb in annual exam-2009 i am interested in medical but i didn’t get medical rank .I got ISM&H ranking i.e22459 i decided to go for ayurveda this year.my question is can i write cet-2010 for pcb subjets independently[without the help of college] can i selet exam centre of my convineant .please reply iam in panic
