Kurukshetra University ITDC 2010 HM



One of the most reputed institutions in India, Kurukshetra University, in association with the Indian Tourism Development Corporation, conducts an entrance examination for its Bachelor in international Hospitality Business Management (BIHBM), at the Ashok Institute of Hospitality & Tourism Management (AIH&TM) in New Delhi. Out of the total 100 hundred seats in BIHBM, 85 are reserved for bona fide Haryana Candidates and 15 are for open for candidates from all over the country.

The BIHBM program of Kurukshetra University falls under the Department of Tourism & Hotel Management and admission is strictly on the basis of the entrance examination.

Admission Eligibility Criteria

An applicant should have passed the Higher Secondary Examination (HSC/10+2) with English as a compulsory subject and an aggregate percentage of at least 50%n (Passing Marks for SC/ST applicants).

Applicants who are currently appearing for the HSC examinations are also eligible.

Application Forms

The forms are available over the counter at the Kurukshetra University and also at Ashok Institute of Hospitality and Tourism Management. Alternatively one can obtain it by post by sending a written request along with a demand draft or download the form from the websites, & www.itdc.org & www.kukinfo.com.

Examination Pattern

The paper will be of 100 marks. It will be an objective type paper divided into 4 equal sections of 25 marks each.

Sections:

1. Numerical Ability

2. English Vocabulary & Comprehension

3. Reasoning

4. General Knowledge

The duration of the paper will be 120 minutes.
