Lucknow University Computer Science Admission Test is conducted by the Lucknow University for the students who aspire to take admission in MCA program. It is a regular program and intake of students will be restricted to 30. The score obtained through this test is applicable for admission in various reputed institutions of Lucknow.

Eligibility Criteria :

• The one having B.Sc. degree in Computer Science / Computer Application / Information Technology OR
• The candidates having BCA degree with minimum of 3 years of duration are eligible.
• The candidate must have got a minimum of 50% marks as aggregate in the degree course.
• The candidate must also have studied Mathematics as one of the subjects in 10+2.

Important Dates :

1. Sale of application forms : Starting of May, 2009
2. Last date to submit the application form : 1st Week of June, 2009
3. Date of commencement of exam : 3rd Week of June, 2009
4. Declaration of Result : Starting of July, 2009
5. Counseling : 2nd Week of July, 2009

Examination Pattern and Syllabus:

• The test will consist of Multiple Choice Type questions.
• Their will be total of 100 questions and each correct answer will be awarded one mark.
• Their will be two parts in the exam:

PART-A: Their would be 40 questions in this part from logical reasoning, Numerical Aptitude, English Comprehension.

PART-B: Their would be 60 questions in this part based on B.C.A./B.Sc.(Computer Science) Syllabus.
• The duration of the test will be 2 hours.
• Their would be no negative marking scheme in the exam.
