Job profile:

The candidate will be responsible for managing the Telecom Operations in BSNL. He should be able to work as an organized team member.

Eligibility:

The candidate should not be more than 30 years of age.

Educational Qualifications:

The applicant should have B.E. or B. Tech degree with 60% marks or more in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer (IT), Electrical department and he should have completed 2 years regular MBA for Telecom Operations OR CA/ICWA/CS for Telecom Finance.

Pay Scale:

The candidate will be entitled to a pay scale range of Rs. 24900-50500 (IDA).

Selection procedure:

All the candidates applying for the post of Management Trainee will have to clear a written examination followed by a Group Discussion and an interview. The officer will be appointed as Manager after he completes Probation-cum-training successfully.

The applicant will have to submit a demand draft of Rs.1500/- in favor of Senior Accounts Officer/Accounts Officer which is payable at respective stations of telecom circle. All the SC/ST/PH candidates are exempted from the application fee.
