Eligibility:

Any person who is a citizen of India can apply for the post of Management Trainee. However, if he is a subject of Nepal or Bhutan or Tibetan refugee who migrated to India before 01/01/1962 or if an Indian origin person who has migrated to other country, he is required to submit a certificate of eligibility issued by Government of India.

Educational Qualifications:

The candidate applying for the post should be in the age group of 20 – 28 years. He should a graduate in any discipline with 60% marks. However, if he falls in the category of SC/ST/PC, 55% marks is the criteria. The applicant should have sound knowledge of MS Office. Post Qualification work experience is not required.

Selection procedure:

The candidate will have to go through two written tests, a group discussion and then an interview, following which he can work as a Management Trainee. The SC/ST/Minority community can avail the benefits of free training on first come first serve basis.
