Applications have been invited from eligible candidates to fill up various posts of Medical Officer in the Tamilnadu State Aids Control Society. The walk-in interview will be held on 28.04.2010. The Medical Officers (Anti Retroviral Therapy) will be posted in the Art Centers in Government Hospitals and Medical College Hospitals located in the districts Vellore, Thoothukudi, Tiruvannamalai, Sivagangai, Thiruvarur and Villupuram. In each district there will be one appointment. The pay will be as per the qualifications achieved by the Medical Officers like MD-Rs. 30000/- PM and MBBS - Rs. 25000/- PM.

The age should be below 45 years.

Qualification: MD (in clinical specialities) or MBBS with 2 years experience in clinical practice. The venue of the walk-in-interview will be Tamil Nadu State AIDS Control Society, 417, Pantheon Road, Egmore, Chennai -8.

Position and Tenure: The posts are purely temporary and on contractual basis for a period of one year, extendable on yearly basis on performance. Eligible candidates are requested to appear for the Walk-in-interview with bio-data, two passport size photographs and all relevant original and xerox copies of certificates and testimonials.
