i am in EML of iit jee & also fill the form of ts chanakya seperetrly whe will i get notice from there for admission

I have appeared for iit jee . passed 10+2 PCM in 2009 With 93%.I have not taken the form for marine ENG Degree B.tech course.
Can I still take same and apply as IIT JEE RESULT is still awaited.
