Miscellaneous Posts, Bharat Electricals Limited (BHEL)



BHEL, India’s Premier Engineering Organization provides world class products and service in Power, Transportation, Transmission and Electronics Sectors. Haridwar being one of its major units is offering various posts in the following trades :-

1. 49 posts for Electrician

2. 105 posts for Fitter

3. 122 posts for Machinist

4. 63 posts for Turner

5. 33 posts for Welder

From the above 372 posts 53 for OBC, 68 for SC, 17 for ST and 09 for Physically Challenged are reserved. The qualification required is Class Xth and ITI and National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC). Moreover minimum 60% marks is required both in ITI & NAC for all general and OBC candidates.

Those who have been selected as BEST or RUNNER UP in the All India Skill Competition will be directly called for interview. But they are subject to fulfill other terms & conditions and eligibility criteria. Hindi is desirable as working knowledge. And the upper age limit is 27 years.

Candidates will be selected through Written Test and after that a Personal Interview will be taken. The Written Test will be objective type and will be conducted in English and Hindi.

Those who are short listed for interview should produce all their original documents and certificates. In any case if they fail to produce their original documents then their candidature will be cancelled.

It is to be noted that selected candidates for the first one year will work as Temporary Employees. But after that they will get absorbed in the regular establishment.
