Applications are invited by the Department of Financial Services to fill up the vacancies of Secretary/Registrar in the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunals (DRATs) and Recovery Officers and Assistant Registrar in the Debts Recovery Tribunals (DRTs) under Ministry of Finance on deputation basis.

1. Secretary/Registrar: The post offers Pay Band 3 of Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.7600.

Candidates must be:

a.) Officers holding analogous posts in the Central/State Governments, or Judicial & Revenue Services etc. with regular service of 5 years as Under Secretary or an equivalent post.

b.) Scale V Officers of PSBs (Public Sector Banks) holding analogous posts.

c.) Scale IV Officers of PSBs with an experience of 5 years service.

d.) Officers who have already held the post of Secretary/ Registrar or equivalent post on regular basis in a Tribunal for a period of 3 years.

2. Assistant Registrar: It offers Pay Band 3 of Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.6600.

3. Recovery Officer: It offers the same Pay Band as offered to the above post.
