Miscellaneous Posts, LNJN National Institute of Criminology and Forensic Science



The LNJN National Institute of Criminology and Forensic Science (Minister of Home Affairs), Delhi is inviting applications to fill up the following posts:

1.) Private Secretary: The Pay Scale is Rs.6500-10500/-.
Candidates must be Officers under the Central/State Governments/Union Territories/Public Sector Undertakings
holding analogous post on regular basis in the Stenographers’ grade in the parent cadre/department; or
with 3 years service in the Stenographers’ grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in the scale of pay of Rs.5500-9000/- or equivalent in the parent cadre/department; or
with 6 years combined service in the Stenographers’ grade rendered after appointment thereto in the scale of pay of Rs.5500-9000/- and Rs.5000-8000/- on a regular basis or equivalent in the parent cadre/department.

2.) Stenographer Grade ‘D’: The Pay Scale is Rs.4000-6000/-. Candidates must be individuals holding analogous posts on regular basis under the Central Government and must possess minimum speed of 80 words w.p.m in Stenography in English and 30 w.p.m in English Typing.

3.) Laboratory Assistant: The Pay Scale is Rs.4500-7000/-. Candidates must be officers under Central/State Government or Recognized Universities/Research Laboratories or Institutions:
i.) holding analogous posts on regular basis or with 5 years regular service in the pay scale of Rs.4000-6000/- or with 8 years regular service in the pay scale of Rs.3050-4590/- or equivalent.
ii.) possessing B.Sc. Degree with Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics or Biology from a recognized University or equivalent.
