Applications are invited to fill-up the following posts in the Telecom Disputes Settlement & Appellate Tribunal. The postings will be done on a deputation basis. The posts are

· Court Master

· Administrative Officer

· Assistant

For the first posts the applicable pay band and Grade pay are 9300-34800 plus 4800. For the second post the applicable pay band and Grade pay are 9300-34800 plus 4800. For the third post applicable pay band and Grade pay are 9300-34800 plus 4200.

The eligibility conditions for the Court Master post:

Officers of the State or Central Govt. or courts or tribunals in a similar rank or in the stenographer Grade C post with 8 years of experience in the pay scale of 5500-9000.

The eligibility conditions for the Administrative Officer post:

Persons working under the State or Central Govt. or tribunals or courts in a similar rank or holding a post with 8 years of experience in the pay scale of 5500-9000 and having a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institute.

The eligibility conditions for the Assistant post:

The most suitable candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institute. In addition to this he or she will be holding a similar post State or Central Govt. or tribunals or courts. If the candidate is holding a different post with 8 years of experience in the pay scale of 4000-6000 then too he or she will be deemed as eligible.
