6. Three Training Officers (Draughtsmen Mechanical), Ministry of Labour and Employment, DGE & T.
7. Two Training Officers (Welder), Ministry of Labour and Employment, DGE & T.
8. One Training Officer (Electrician), Ministry of Labour and Employment, DGE & T.
9. One Training Officer (Turner), Ministry of Labour and Employment, DGE & T.
10. Ten Labour Enforcement Officers (Central) in the Office of the Chief Labour Commissioner (Central), Ministry of Labour and Employment.
11. Two Deputy Controllers of Mines, Indian Bureau of Mines, Ministry of Mines.
