Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phoole University was constructed in accordance with Act 3 of 2009 under the legislative assembly of the state of Rajasthan as per section 2f of the UGC Act 1956. The university did its best to make a fingerprint among other universities. Now the university is the 3rd university in Rajasthan and the 16th one in whole India.
