For the post graduate engineering courses, graduates of relevant disciplines can apply. Diploma holders should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the concerned discipline. Science graduates with 1 or 2 years of work experience in the relevant field are eligible. Selection will be based on merit and work experience. For management courses, graduation is essential and selection will be based on merit.

The candidate has to download online application form from the website www.msrsas.org/forms/F-65_PEMP_Application_Form.pdf / The candidates have to go through a written examination and an assignment. Written examination carries 50% of weightage. A module will be taught and at the end of the module an examination of 3 hours duration will be conducted to test the understanding of the candidates. Six questions will be asked and out of which 5 questions have to be answered. Each question carries 20 marks. The candidates will also be required to submit a word processed assignment report usually on the last day of the module. This assignment will test the problem solving skills based on the taught concepts. The total marks is 100 and 50% weightage is offered to the assignment. Late submissions will take penalty.
