Narsee Monjee Management Aptitude Test or the NMAT (T) is conducted for admission into management courses. NMAT (T) is conducted for admission into 5 years full time MBA (Technology) courses and MBA (Pharmacy & Technology) courses and 4 years full time BTech, B.Pharm courses. The admission is for Shirpur and Mumbai based institutes.

The NMIMS was started in the year 1981 by Narsee Monjee Educational Trust. The UGC has awarded deemed university status to this institute in the year 2003. A 5 star rating was also awarded by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). This is the 1^st institute to acquire such a status.

For the MBA (Technology) and BTech, the eligibility is 12^th standard with English and 50% aggregate in PCM. For the MBA (Pharmacy) and B.Pharm, 12^th standard with English and a 50% aggregate in PCM/PCB is necessary. Those appearing for 12^th exam can also apply.

The students should apply only online for NMAT (T). They are required to fill the online application form. Then the management will send an email to the candidate with a username and password for all further correspondence. Candidates are required to pay for their entrance through cash, demand draft or credit card.

The tentative date for examination is in the 1^st week of May, 2010. Application form will be available from the middle of March to April 3^rd week, 2010. Results will be declared towards the end of May, 2010.

There will be a written test and a personal interview. The 12^th marks will also be considered and a final decision will be made.
