Job profile:

The candidates for the post of Officer will be responsible for smooth operation of day to day activities in a bank like operation of accounts, debit, credit, loans etc.

The Assistant will have to assist his superior in banking related work. He will be responsible for maintaining all the official documents.

Eligibility:

The person applying for the Officer post should be between 21 – 30 years of age. On the other hand, the person applying for the post of Officer Assistant should be between 18 – 26 years of age.

Educational Qualifications:

The person applying for the post of Officer should hold a degree from a recognized university.

The person applying for the post of Office Assistant should hold a degree from a recognized university OR Diploma in Banking recognized by Central or State government.

There are 38 posts for Officer Scale-1 and 20 posts for Officer Assistant.

Pay Scale:

The Officers will get salary in range of Rs.10,000 – Rs.18,240/-

The Officer Assistant will be entitled to salary in range of Rs.4,410 – Rs. 13210/-

Selection procedure:

The candidates applying for both the post will have to clear an examination based on General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning.

The date of written examination for Officer post is 22.11.2009. Also written examination for the post of Officer Assistant will be held on 29.11.2009.
