Physiotherapist is the physician who generally treats long lasting pains, joints and immobility. This all problems can happen to a person just because of accident or may be any kind of disorder. They are the doctors who ensure you the treatment of immobility and joints’ severe pain. The area covered by physical therapists is not only confined to joints and pains but they also work to measure neurological, pulmonary, musculoskeletal and cardiovascular systems. They put their best efforts in treating the problems related to these systems also.

Physiotherapist is capable of treating many diseases and this field is very vast and specialization can be attained in many aspects like neurological, geriatric, etc. Few of the works that are performed by the Physiotherapist are as follows:

· To give treatment to the person who met with fractures, neurological disorders and also muscular disorders.

· To treat the people of any group whether may be young, old people and may be a child.

· Burns and stroke victims are also treated by Physiotherapist as they need treatment relevant to recovery of their movements get damaged in any incident or mishap.

Work Environment

Work environment of Physiotherapist is little bit different from the doctors. The clinic in which he works should be embedded with highly advanced machines. The space of clinic should be large enough to put all the appliances.

Personal Characteristics

Physiotherapist is the doctor treating all age group people so his nature must be polite and balanced with them. The main attitude required in Physiotherapist is professionalism and personal feelings. They must also be aware of technical skills.

Employment Avenues

The fields in which Physiotherapist can get employed are handicapped schools, orthopedic centers, the Government hospitals, rehabilitation centers and many more.
