Job profile:

The candidate selected as Probationary Officer will have to work as probationer. He will gain experience in due course of time in the field of current accounts, savings, loans, investments and insurance.

Eligibility:

The applicant must be a citizen of India or a subject of Nepal, Bhutan or a Tibetan refugee.

Educational Qualifications:

The person applying for the post of Probationary Officer with Corporation Bankmust possess a graduate degree from an Indian government University securing at least 55% marks. The applicant should be above 21 years of age and below 30 years of age. Final year students awaiting result need not apply.

There are 50 vacancies for the post of Probationary Officer.

Pay Scale:

The applicant will receive pay scale in the range of Rs.10,000/- to Rs.18,240/-.

Selection procedure:

Candidate will have to clear the written examination which will be held on 22/11/2009. The written examination will be a combination of descriptive and objective questions. The candidate after clearing the examination will have to go through an interview round which will decide the selection.
