RPET 2010 Rajasthan Pre-Entrance Test



Rajasthan Technical University conducts the pre-entrance test every year to enrol students to the various courses in the areas of engineering, architecture and pharmacy. The University was established way back in the year 2005. If you are aiming to get a seat in the various affiliated institutions in the state of Rajasthan then you need to appear in the Rajasthan Pre-Entrance Test as all the relevant engineering, pharmacy ad architectural institutions of Rajasthan follow the scores of the Pre-Entrance Test conducted by the Rajasthan Technical University.

The various courses to which you can seek admission by qualifying in the Rajasthan Pre-Entrance Test are

  1. Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.)
  2. Diploma in Pharmacy
  3. Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arc)
  4. Bachelor of Pharmacy

To become eligible to appear in the Rajasthan Pre-Entrance Test you need to possess a 10+2 certificate. Moreover you must have passed the 10+2 examination from an institution recognized by the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education. Final year appearing students this year are also eligible to apply to appear in the Pre-Entrance Test.

If you are planning to study the Bachelor of Architecture course then you must have studied Mathematics during your 10+2 studies. Moreover if you are planning to get enrolled in the Bachelor of Engineering course then you must have studied Physics and Mathematics in the 10+2 level of studies. At the time of applying for the entrance test you must have passed the minimum age barrier of 16 years. Moreover the maximum age limit is 23 years on the first day of the month of October in the year of the entrance test.

    is only partially correct. In Engineering side I know atleast 3 institutes which do not accept the result of this test viz. MNIT Jaipur, LN Mittal Institute of Technology Jaipur, BITS Pilani. There can be more!
