Grey Iron Factory is inviting applications from eligible candidates for filling up the post in Semi-Skilled grade.

The PB for the post is Rs.5200-20200/- with Rs.1800 as GP along with allowances from time to time.

The number of post is 3(reserved for the candidates belonging to ST category). The Millwright Trade is appropriate for Orthopaedically Handicapped & Hearing Handicapped category.

Eligibility:

The candidate must have passed Matriculation or equal exam with the certificate of National Council of Trades for Vocational Training in the pertinent trade. Those candidates who fail to fulfil the mentioned criteria are eligible with Diploma or Certificate of ITI or equal.

Desirable: Preference will be given to Ex-trade Apprentices of Ordinance Factories because they are familiar with the works of Ordnance Factories.

The age limit requisite for the post is 18-32 years. Relaxation of age is up to 3 years for the employees under Defence Services. And age relaxation of 40 years for Departmental candidates along with regular service of 3 years (5 years in addition for the candidates belonging to ST category). Relaxation of age is up to 5 years for the candidates belonging to ST category. For the candidates belonging to the category of Physically Handicapped the age relaxation is upto 10 years.
