Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for filling up the post of Senior Civilian Officer (Group-A, Gazetted, Ministerial) in Coast Guard Headquarters on deputation basis.

The scale of pay for the post is Rs.15600-39100/- with Rs.7600/- as Grade Pay. The number of post is 1.

Eligibility for the post is given below:

The candidates must be Officers of the Central Govt:

(i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the Dept/parent cadre. Or,

(ii) With regular service of 5 years in the post in the pre-revised pay of Rs.10000-325-15200/-  or in the revised pay of Rs.15600-39100/- with Rs.6600/- as Grade Pay or equal in the Dept/parent cadre. &

(iii) Having experience of 10 years in the matters of establishment, administration & accounts.

The deputation tenure in another post of ex-cadre which was held instantaneously foregoing this appointment in some other or same Department or Organisation of the Central Govt shall not be exceeding 4 years.

Maximum age limit shall not be exceeding 56 years.
