Senior Civilian Staff Officer, Coast Guard Headquarters



Applications are invited for the post of Senior Civilian Officer (Group-A, Gazetted, Ministerial) in Coast Guard Headquarters.

The PB is Rs.15600-39100/- + Rs.7600/- (GP). The number of post is 1. The place of posting is Delhi/Chennai/Mumbai.

Eligibility: The candidates must be Officers of the Central Govt:

(i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the Dept/parent cadre. Or,

(ii) With regular service of 5 years in the post in the PB of Rs.10000-325-15200/- (pre-revised) or in the revised pay of Rs.15600-39100/- + Rs.6600/- as GP/equal in the Dept/parent cadre. &

(iii) Having experience of 10 years in the matters of establishment, administration & accounts.

Essentials:

(i) M.A in Hindi under a reputed University or equal with English in B.A as a subject. Or,

(ii) M.A in English under a reputed University or equal with Hindi in B.A as a subject. Or,

(iii) M.A in any subject under any reputed University/equal with English & Hindi subjects at B.A. or,

(iv) M.A in any subject under any reputed University/equal with the medium as Hindi & English as a subject at B.A. or,

(v) M.A in any subject under any reputed University/equal with the medium as English & Hindi as a subject at B.A.

(vi) Experience of 5 years of Hindi terminological works/work of translation from Hindi to English/vice-versa, especially scientific/technical literature Or,

Experience of 5 years in research writing, teaching or scientific literature.
