TANCET 2010

TANCET stands for Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test. TNSF - Consortium (Consortium of Self - Financing Professional, Arts and Science Colleges in Tamil Nadu) conducts the TANCET every year. This is a single window test to enrol students to the various courses run by the member institutes of the consortium under the management quota seats. The available courses include MBA, ME, MTech and MCA.

TO become eligible for the MBA courses you need to complete your graduation in a 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 pattern from a recognized institution and university.

To become eligible for the MCA courses one needs to complete his or her graduation in a 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 pattern from a recognized institution and university. Moreover he or she needs to study Mathematics in the 10+2 level and must have studied either Statistics or Mathematics during the graduation period.

In case of all the courses final year degree students can also apply to appear in the TANCET provided they can submit their graduation certificate during the first semester of the respective courses.

The application forms and online registration is opened in the month of March every year for the TANCET aspirants. The application process
