Tezpur University conducts an entrance exam i.e. Management Aptitude Test (MAT) for giving admissions to those candidates who are interested in doing Management and Research based programmes.

Tezpur University was established in 1994 and located in Tezpur, Assam.

· Ph.D.

· MBA programme (2 years full time)

Eligibility Criteria:

1. For Ph.D :

· The candidates should possess Master’s Degree in Humanities and Management Science/ Social Science/ Technology/ Engineering/ Science from a reputed university with at least 50% aggregate marks.

· The candidates who are having BE/ B.Tech degree can also apply for this programme with 80% aggregate marks.

· The candidates having bachelor’s Degree along with fellowship in Company Secretaryship or Chartered Accountancy with at least 60% aggregate marks.

2. For MBA:

· The candidate should have Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university.

· The candidate should have 50% aggregate marks.

• The candidates can get forms directly from University and also from Axis Bank.
• The candidates can receive application forms through posts by sending a DD along with a request form attached to it.
• The forms can also be downloaded through the official website www.tezu.ernet.in.
