University College of Business Studies deals with the admission to the interested candidates in doing several professional courses. These courses can be joined just after completing 12^th class.

University College of Business Studies was established in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. The institute came into being under Section 3 of UGC Act, 1956. Government of India had approved the institution for offering this course.

The institute is well known for its brilliant and skilled teaching staffs. The institute also provides a hi-tech computer lab and library. The institute is well embedded with modern infrastructure and is divided in many buildings. Hostel facility for boys and girls are also marvelous.

Eligibility Criteria:

The candidates who have cleared 12^th class are eligible to apply for the course. Those candidates who are appearing in 12^th class in 2010 are also eligible to apply for the course.

Admission process:

·         For BCA:

The candidates who are interested in taking admission in BCA have to opt for a written test and then final selection is done on the basis of merit obtained in this test only.

·         For BBA:

For this course, final selection is made on the basis of group discussion and personal interview.

·         Test commences on: June 1^st week, 2010

·         Last date for the submission of the completely filled application form: May 3^rd week, 2010
